Please read these terms and conditions of our Personal Membership carefully before using our services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below.
1. Scope of Service:

1.1 Legal Membership provides access to a variety of services, including, but not limited to, preferential discounted fees in pre-existing legal situations and legal advice via call and video call from any location, as well as face-to-face applicable in the state of Puebla.

1.2 The member shall have the right to register two co-members of legal age, who may be relatives in direct line (spouse, children), who shall be entitled to the use of benefits 1 and/or 2.

1.3 The member must provide official identification documents, as well as those of his/her co-members, and proof of affiliation with them (marriage certificate, birth certificate).
2. Duration of Membership:

2.1 Members shall have access to services for the duration of their membership which shall be for up to 365 days from the date of contracting,
3. Legal Representation in Pre-existing Conditions

3.1 Our services include legal representation in pre-existing matters, with exclusive discounts in fees for the member in case of contracting the services of Delian Legal Alliance, prior analysis of the legal situation and signing of a fee contract.
4. Legal Advice by Call, Videocall and Face-to-Face:

4.1 Legal advice by Call, Video Call and Face-to-Face will be available during the business hours specified on our website.

4.2 Call, Video Call and Face-to-Face consultations must be scheduled in advance and will be subject to the availability of our legal professionals.

4.3 Face-to-Face consultations are only available in the State of Puebla, Mexico.
5. Cancellation and Refund:

5.1 Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be made for unused membership periods.
6. Changes to Terms:

6.1 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By becoming an Affiliate, the Affiliate accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in termination of membership without refund.
