  • Languages Available: We speak several languages to ensure effective communication. Please let us know your language preference when scheduling your consultation.

  • Secure Video Call: We use secure platforms to ensure confidentiality of information and facilitate a smooth consultation experience.

Steps to Schedule:

  • Complete the Form: Visit our website and complete the consultation request form. Provide basic information and select the legal area of your interest.

  • Confirmation and Payment: You will receive a confirmation of your request along with payment details. Be sure to complete the payment process to book your consultation.

  • Preparation: Before the appointment, prepare any relevant documents and have specific questions ready to discuss with our attorney.

  • Scheduled Video Call: At the scheduled date and time, we will connect you with one of our attorneys to discuss your case and provide legal guidance.

  • In-person Consultation (Only available in the State of Puebla, Mexico): On the scheduled date and time, show up 10 minutes in advance for the development of your consultation.

1. Availability of Service:

  • 1.1 Legal consultations by video call are available only during business hours Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, according to the time zone specified in the appointment confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • 2.1 All consultations must be booked in advance through our online system.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to appointment confirmation. Fees and payment methods will be clearly indicated in the booking process.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • 3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

  • 3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for failure to appear at the scheduled appointment.

4. Technical Conditions:

  • 4.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device for the video call.

  • 4.2 We are not responsible for technical problems that may arise on the client's side, such as connection interruptions or unsupported devices.

5. Confidentiality:

  • 5.1 All information provided during the consultation will be considered confidential and subject to applicable privacy laws.

6. Consultation Language:

  • 6.1 It is the client's responsibility to inform about his/her language preference when scheduling the consultation. Failure to provide this information will be interpreted as acceptance of the default language.

7. Changes to Terms:

  • 7.1 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By booking a consultation, the client accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of the consultation without refund.
